  • Right to Delete
    A California resident has the right to request the business delete Personal Information a Company has  collected about the resident.
  • Right to opt-out
    A California Resident has the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of their personal information by the business.
  • Right to Know
    A California Resident has the right to request a Company inform them of the specific Personal Information the business has collected about the resident and the categories of Persons or Entities with whom the Company shared or sold that information.
  • Right to Correct
    A California Resident has the right to correct their Personal Information on file with a Company. If you would like to make a correction, please remit your request with the information you would like changed to: privacy (at) safesubscribe.org
  • Registered Agent Request
    If you are an Agent for a consumer, please remit the request with your agency document to: privacy (at) safesubscribe.org
